Brian & Sarah

Brian was wrong about what he said to Sarah. He said that she never copyrighted her poem & even if she did that it would have expired already because she wore it 10 years ago. I learned that she never had to copyright it because as soon as she wrote it it was automatically copyrighted. Also, a copyright lasts until 70 years the person dies. Also, he said she gave it to him as a gift, but she only gave him the paper with the poem on it to him & she never gave him the rights to the poem to make it  into a song.
