1. Select the car.
2. Break the car apart
3. While holding the shift button select all the parts of the wheel.
4. Drag the wheel parts out & away from the car.
5. Take the wheel to edit mode.
6. Select the whole wheel.
7. Convert the wheel to symbol, But make sure that you save the wheel as a Movie Clip.
8. Click on go Scene 1.
9. Drag the wheel back into it's slot on the car wheel slot it was originally in.
10. Delete the other wheel using the method of step 3 .
11. Drag the Movie Clip wheel from the Library into the slot of the other wheel.
12. Now set the rotation of each wheel.
13. Test movie & you are done.
